PRIVACY POLICY
Effective Date: September 5, 2026 • Last Updated: September 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how AS Logistics Pro ("AS Logistics Pro," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses personal information in connection with aslogisticspro.com (the "Site") and related interactions described in this Policy, such as submitting the carrier application, contacting us, or otherwise communicating with us about our dispatch-support services.
This Policy does not cover information that may later be collected through a separate, secure carrier onboarding process, which - if implemented - would be governed by its own applicable disclosures at that time.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect the categories of information described below, based on what our forms and Site actually request.
Identifiers / Contact Information
Examples: name, company name, phone number, email address, preferred contact method. Source: provided directly by you. Purpose: to identify you and respond to your inquiry or application.

Examples: USDOT number, MC number, authority status, truck count, years in business, equipment types, home base, preferred lanes, areas to avoid, and related operational preferences. Internet / Technical Information
At this time, the Site does not use cookies, browser local/session storage, analytics tools, advertising pixels, or session-replay technology. The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com) and images from Pexels (images.pexels.com); loading these third-party resources may result in your browser making a request to those providers' servers, subject to their own privacy practices.
If our hosting or infrastructure provider(s) automatically log basic technical information as part of standard web-server operation (such as IP address, browser/device type, or request timestamps), that information would be used only for security, abuse-prevention, and site-operation purposes. This Policy will be updated if analytics, advertising pixels, cookies, or similar tracking technologies are introduced to the Site.
HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION
- •Directly from you, when you fill out a form or otherwise contact us
- •Automatically, through standard website/server infrastructure, to the limited extent described above
WHY WE USE INFORMATION
We use the information described above to:
- •Respond to your inquiry
- •Review and evaluate carrier applications
- •Evaluate whether our dispatch service may be a fit for your operation
- •Communicate with you about requested services
- •Support carrier onboarding, where applicable and where a relationship is established
- •Maintain and improve Site functionality
- •Prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents, and troubleshoot technical issues
- •Comply with applicable legal obligations
- •Establish, exercise, or defend legal rights where necessary
DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
We do not sell your personal information merely because you submit a carrier inquiry or application, and we do not currently engage in cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising using the information collected through this Site.
We may disclose information to service providers to the limited extent necessary to operate the Site or respond to your request - for example, hosting/infrastructure providers or communications tools, where used. We do not disclose information to named third-party vendors beyond what is operationally necessary, and we do not currently have a formal list of such vendors to publish, since production hosting and email/communications infrastructure for this Site had not yet been finalized as of this Policy's last update.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our legal rights, or in connection with a business transaction (such as a merger or sale of assets), subject to appropriate safeguards.
SALE, SHARING, AND TARGETED ADVERTISING
Based on our current practices, AS Logistics Pro does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising, as those terms are used under applicable U.S. state privacy laws.
If this practice changes, we will update this Policy and implement an appropriate opt-out mechanism before doing so.
DATA RETENTION
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including legitimate operational, legal, accounting, dispute-resolution, security, and recordkeeping purposes.
We have not yet adopted a formal written data-retention schedule with specific retention periods; doing so is a recommended next step tracked internally ahead of production launch.
DATA SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect the information you provide. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
U.S. STATE PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights under applicable U.S. state privacy laws, subject to that law's eligibility criteria, exemptions, and verification requirements. We have not independently confirmed which specific state privacy statutes currently apply to AS Logistics Pro's operations; the framework below is intended to let us honor applicable rights where they do apply, rather than to assert that every listed right currently applies.
Depending on applicable law, rights may include the right to know/access, correct, delete, or port your personal information; to opt out of the sale of personal information or of targeted advertising; to opt out of certain profiling; to limit use of certain sensitive personal information; to non-discrimination for exercising these rights; and, in some states, to appeal a denied request.
California
California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA). We have not verified whether AS Logistics Pro currently meets the CCPA/CPRA's applicability thresholds. To the extent the CCPA/CPRA applies, we intend to honor applicable disclosure and rights requirements, including with respect to categories of information collected, sources, purposes, categories disclosed, and any sale or sharing of personal information (currently: none). California residents may also have rights related to the Global Privacy Control where legally applicable.
Texas and Other States
Residents of Texas and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights, subject to that state's specific requirements and exemptions. We use a single, scalable privacy framework rather than a separate lengthy policy for each state, and will add state-specific detail here only where genuinely necessary.
HOW TO SUBMIT A PRIVACY REQUEST
Until a dedicated privacy request portal is implemented, you may submit a privacy-related request to info@aslogisticspro.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We may need to verify your identity or your authority to make the request before responding, as permitted by applicable law. We have not established a specific response-time commitment at this time.
Where permitted by law, an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf; we may require proof of your authorization and separately verify your identity.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
This Site and our services are directed toward commercial trucking businesses and are not intended for children. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children through the Site's business-facing forms.
THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Site may reference or link to third-party websites or services, which maintain their own independent privacy practices. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those third parties.

This Policy has an effective date of September 5, 2026 and was last updated on September 5, 2026. We may update this Policy from time to time; changes will be reflected by updating the date on this page.
